Adjustments
We want all of our guests to love their new look and understand that sometimes they can feel like they may need adjustments to their color or cut after leaving the salon. If you're not completely in love with your new look, please feel free to reach out to Mist Beauty Loft so that way your stylist can come up with a solution that fits your goals. All guests will have a 48 hour grace period after a service to reach out for a hair adjustment. No Refunds. Any guest who reaches out after this time frame may be subject to additional charges.

Color corrections are excluded from adjustments. The client and stylist should understand that multiple appointments may be needed to achieve hair goals and may be subject to additional charges.
Cancellation | Rescheduling
To book an appointment at Mist Beauty Loft, a valid credit card must be kept on file. All appointment changes—including cancellations or rescheduling—must be made by text message or a phone call. Messages sent via social media, or email will not be accepted.​

We kindly ask for at least 48 business hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us time to offer your spot to someone on our waitlist.

The salon is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Any cancellations or reschedule requests made on those days will be reviewed Tuesday at 10 AM, when we reopen.

Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 business hours’ notice will result in a fee of:

​50% of the scheduled service price, An invoice will be sent to you, and this balance must be paid before booking or confirming another appointment.

We absolutely understand that things come up—life happens! But last-minute changes affect our stylists’ schedules and other clients who could have booked that time. Clients who consistently cancel, no-show, or arrive late may lose the ability to pre-book appointments. Instead, they’ll be offered same-day appointments only (based on availability).

Mist Beauty Loft’s policies are firm and in place to respect everyone’s time. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
No Show | Same Day Cancellations
A no-show is when a client cancels their appointment on the same day and is unable to come in, or when a client does not show up at all without any notice or communication. We completely understand that emergencies can happen, but missed appointments without notice affect both our stylists and clients waiting for availability.

Change Of Service
We kindly ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you'd like to change the service you’re scheduled for. Your appointment time is customized based on your hair’s length and thickness to ensure the proper time is reserved.
If changes are not communicated within this window, a fee of 50% of the originally booked service will be added to your appointment.
Gift Cards
Gift Cards are redeemable towards all services and products at Mist Beauty Loft. If lost or stolen, gift cards are non-refundable and will not be replaced or redeemed. Gift Cards, cannot be redeemed for cash and cannot be purchased nor redeemed with discounts, coupons or promotional offers. A physical or digital gift card must be presented at the time of redemption; we cannot process without it.
Artist renting space, provide their own gift cards and their personal policies apply. They do not accept Mist Beauty Loft gift cards.
Gratuities
Gratuity is never anticipated and the heartfelt gesture of a referral is deeply appreciated. Should you choose to leave a gratuity, it will be warmly received in the form of cash, a check, or via the stylist's Venmo account.
Late Arrivals
We completely understand that delays happen, and we do our best to accommodate late arrivals. However, please know your service may need to be shortened to stay on schedule. The full service price still applies, and redos will not be offered due to late arrivals.

If you’re running more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be considered a no-show, and 100% of the scheduled service will automatically be charged to the card on file.

If you'd prefer to reschedule instead of receiving a shortened service, just let your stylist know when you arrive. A rescheduling fee may apply.

We appreciate your understanding as we work to stay on time and provide the best experience for all of our guests.
Payment Options
Mist accepts payments of CASH, CHECKS, MASTERCARD, VISA, DISCOVER & VENMO.
There will be a $24 return check fee.
Prices are subject to change and may vary from stylist.
Returns | Exchanges
Products sold at Mist Beauty Loft cannot be returned or exchanged. ALL PRODUCTS ARE FINAL SALE.
Visiting Considerations
For the consideration of our guests, please limit phone calls, video chats, and electronic use. For the safety of your children, all children visiting must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
